At Arkan Office Furniture, we aim to provide high-quality office furniture designed for comfort and durability.
Returns & Exchanges:
Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
If an order was paid using a credit card, debit card, or any electronic payment method, and the customer requests a refund, a 3% transaction processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers payment processing charges imposed by the payment service provider and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Important Note:
For hygiene reasons, office chairs cannot be returned or exchanged once used.
Conditions:
– Product must be in original packaging
– No damage or scratches
– Invoice must be provided
